TREASURES MODERN STUDIO

Privacy policy

Effective September 8, 2026

Scope and operator

Treasures Modern Studio is an internal application operated by the owner of Treasures Modern. It is being developed to publish owner-selected product content to the shop’s Pinterest business account and review that account’s performance. It is not open for other businesses or the public to connect accounts. Beyond POC hosts this policy and showcases the project.

For privacy questions or requests, email hello@beyondpoc.com.

Information the integration uses

When authorized through Pinterest, the integration accesses the connected account’s identifiers, its own boards and Pins, and available account and Pin performance metrics, such as impressions, saves and outbound clicks. Authorization tokens allow the application to act within the permissions granted by the account owner. We do not ask for Pinterest passwords or session cookies.

The application also uses our own product photographs, artwork, descriptions and product links to prepare Pins. It does not collect shoppers’ payment information, order details, private messages or other people’s boards through this integration.

How information is used

Information is used to connect the shop account, publish or schedule Pins individually selected by the owner, manage the shop’s boards, check publishing results, and evaluate the performance of the shop’s own content. We do not use Pinterest data for competitor research, cross-account profiling or advertising outside Pinterest.

AI and sharing

Our creative workflow may send our own product assets and creative instructions to image-generation or review providers, including OpenAI, Google and Ideogram. Pinterest API data and authorization credentials are not provided to these AI services or used to train or fine-tune models.

Selected content is sent to Pinterest for publication and becomes visible according to Pinterest’s settings and access tier. We do not sell Pinterest data or disclose it to other advertisers or data brokers. Technical providers process website traffic and communications as needed to host this policy or deliver email. We may disclose information where required by law.

Storage, security and retention

Pinterest information is requested as needed rather than kept as a permanent copy of the account. We retain API-derived information only where Pinterest’s terms permit it. Original product assets and owner-authored publishing instructions are separate from Pinterest API data.

Authorization credentials are kept out of public pages and source control and restricted to the operator’s environment. We remove locally held credentials when the integration is disconnected. Information retained with permission is kept only for its stated operational purpose, then deleted when no longer needed or upon a valid deletion request, unless retention is legally required. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

The account owner can revoke the application’s access in Pinterest’s connected-app settings. Revocation stops future authorized access; it does not automatically remove previously published Pins. Published content can be managed through Pinterest.

Contact hello@beyondpoc.com to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold. We may need to verify the requestor’s identity. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location.

This website and external services

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate visits and page performance. Hosting infrastructure processes technical request information to deliver and protect the site. The policy page has no account registration, payment form or advertising pixel. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Pinterest and linked shops operate under their own privacy policies. See Pinterest’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Children and changes

This internal business application is not intended for children under 13. We may update this policy as the integration changes and will revise the effective date. Material changes to account access will be reflected in the authorization process where required.
