Execution visibility

Durable run records connect operation intent, results and uncertain outcomes. A saved request identifier makes a long-running model call inspectable after an interruption.

Cost accountability

Reservations precede paid work. Uncertain usage remains reserved, while estimates and confirmed charges stay distinct. Retries have a cost as well as a technical consequence.

Quality evidence

Artifact hashes, review findings and release readbacks preserve the reasoning behind a decision. Model disagreement remains visible, including the scope of an authorized exception.

Recovery and monitoring

Signed events, deduplication, leased workers and remote-state reconciliation support recovery. Scheduled collection tracks product outcomes; verified backups protect creative assets.

Implemented foundation: operation journals, budget records, artifact evidence, event handling and scheduled monitoring. Next: distributed tracing, dashboards, actionable alerts and failure drills; LangSmith and managed agent hosting are under evaluation. These records support diagnosis today; a hosted observability platform is the next step.
